KERNERSVILLE - Mrs. Nina Tuggle Stafford, 92, of Bradford Village West, di ed Friday, Dec. 21, 2001, at her residence.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, 2001, at Hanes -Lineberry, Pierce Chapel. Burial will follow at Bunker Hill United Method ist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Stafford was a member of Bunker Hill Primitive B aptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Roosevelt Stafford; a s ister, Elsie Hutchins; and two brothers, Evis Tuggle and Noel Tuggle. S he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edith Van Ness and husband Dav id of Sanford, Fla., Mrs. Emma McNeill and husband Clyde of Kernersvill e, and Mrs. Bessie Winfree and husband Berchell "Jack" of Kernersvill e; a sister, Sudie Raynor of High Point; two brothers, Ausbie Tuggle and C layton Tuggle, both of High Point; seven grandchildren, Michelle Rutherfor d, Tim Maxey, Ken Winfree, Doug Winfree, Beth Meinke, San Van Ness and P at Van Ness; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral h ome. Memorial contributions may be made to Bunker Hill Primitive Baptist C hurch, c/o John T. Lee, 2323 Wayne White Road, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313.
