D. of the said date, G ilbert Clarke, Thomas Carver, William Claver, Alice Binney, Mary Wheatle y, Thomas Peake, Richard Warner, Bridget Jarrow, Job Ryde, Joan Farr, Robe rt Slaughter, Elizabeth Budd, Mary Williams, Richard Page, John Demetriu s, Samuel Taunton, William Jewell, Hugh Godfrey, John Humphreys, Thomas Tr edway, Richard Turner, Lewis Jones and Thomas Nickson (twenty-three person s) pleaded the King's special Pardon, dated on the said 15 Jul , the condi tion of the pardon being that they and each of them shall within the spa ce of two months go from England to the island or islands called "les Barb adoes" or to some part of America inhabited by the King's subjects, and wi ll remain out of England for seven years.
