FRANKENBERRY-HERRISS WEDDING LAST SATURDAY
Miss Mildred Dorcas Herriss and Elton Lee Frankenberry were united in marr iage in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles P. Herriss of the Stewartstown Ro ad, Saturday night at 8 o'clock. The Reverend Obed Hamstead of the Chur ch of the Brethren performed the ring ceremony. The appointments were inf ormal. Mrs. A. C. Frankenberry, mother of the groom, played the Lohengr in "Wedding March." Miss Enid Frankenberry served as bridesmaid, and Merri ll Frankenberry and Hector Leroy served the groom as attendants and Miss E lizabeth Jolliffe served as Maid-of Honor. The bride was becomingly gown ed in white. The bride is the daughter of Mr. Luther Herriss and the la te Mrs. Luther Herriss and she received her education in the local schools .
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Frankenberry of Point Marion, P a. He is a graduate of the Point Marion High School. At present, he is e mployed at the Seneca Glass Factory. The young couple will be at ho me to their friends in their new apartment on Stewart Street after May 14t h.
