• Notes

  Children Goldie B., Jessie, and William Earl appear in the 1920 Census wi th Earl and Bessie. Caroline Stafford Forbes also shows an Alice (no date s) who later married Roy Turner. She also lists Williem Earl, Everett Vin cent, Clifford John, and Herbert Brinkley. I have included these four, si nce they were found in 1930 censuses with brothers or sisters of Earl, fol lowing Bessie's death and, apparently, prior to his second marriage to Eve lyn Ethel Hooten.
