The following applications for pensions have been filed in Forsyth Coun ty with Register of Deeds Stanton according to the Act for the relief of w idows and disabled Confederate soldiers, etc., passed by the State Legisla ture and going into effect March 11th, 1889. In each case we give the nam es of soldiers, his company and regiment, and the name of the widow, by wh om in the majority of cases, the application is made:
