Listed on 1790 NC Census, Caswell Co.
Not listed on the 1800 NC Census, Caswell Co., only his wife Mary and a ll the children except Susannah who was married to Jesse Perkins 19 Augu st 1795 and is listed with him in the same census. Jesse Perkins was livi ng next door to Chalton INGRAM, Susannah's uncle.
Another source states he died in 1792 in Caswell Co., NC
There is also a Sgt. John INGRAHAM that served in the North Carolina Conti nental Line, 1st Regiment, Dixon's Company 1777. W. Dstd. Sept. 1777
