  This information was obtained from James Robert Combs' death certificate. (Registrar's No. 2631) James Robert Combs lived his life with Hattie in Tavernier, Florida. (just south of Key Largo in Monroe County Florida) He died on December 25th, 1944 at 11:00am (after a three day illness) of a coronary occlusion due to a cerebral hemorrhage at J.A. Smith Hospital in Homestead, Florida. He was 64 years 10 months and 3 days old at the time of his death. His burial was on December 28, 1944 at Miami Memorial cemetery. (Funeral director George W.
