  She was born in Camelsburg, Ky., the daughter of the late George and Mary (Martin) Stafford. She formerly lived in Gas City. She married Robert Hoffman. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Hoffman worked at the Marion VA Medical Center as a seamstress for 30 years. She retired in 1971. She also worked in the Household Utilities Department of at Farnsworth Radio, formerly of Marion. She attended Lighthouse Assembly of God, Jonesboro. She loved to crochet, sew and read. A daughter, Ruth Blackard, Marion, survives. She also was preceded in death by six sisters, and a stepgrandson, Ron Blackard.
