 Arrettia fits to be the daughter under 10 yrs. age in William Staffords's HouseHold in 1800.
 1800 Caswell Co., NC census indicates William Stafford has 2 sons under 10 yrs. and 1 daughter under 10 yrs.

 Ritty Stafford  to  Abijah Kelly, 4 Nov 1806,  Surety Abner Lee made oath the bride free to act for herself, her parents not in State.  (Was Ritty a runaway, or was this an arranged marriage?)
 
 After the death of Abijah's father abt 1808 in Pulaski Co., KY, the family moved to Jackson Co., Tenn. where Arrettia's Stafford family had settled.
 
 1820 Jackson Co. census:   Kelly, Ebijah      100010 - 22010
 (They have 1 son under 10;  2 daughters under 10; and 2 daughters age 10 to 16.)
 
 1830 Jackson Co. census:   Kelly, Obigah   1100001  -  111011
 (They have 1 son under 5 and 1 son age 5 to 10; and 1 daughter under 5, 1 daughter age 5 to 10, and 1 daughter age 10 to 15, and 1 daughter age 20 to 30.)
 
 Abijah Kelly died about 1835.
 She married secondly Thomas Gaw  (28 April 1840)
