  Jean A. Metzger, 82, of Ohio, passed away on December 20, 2005 at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Mrs. Metzger was born may 16, 1923 in Aurora, the daughter of the late Harold and Hazel (Moon) Stafford. Jean and her family moved to Ohio in the 1960's to open Youngstown's very first McDonalds restaurant. They later franchised the first Bonanza Steakhouse in the area. Mrs. Metzger worked in sale for Pier 1 Imports in Boardman for 25 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Boardman United Methodist Church. Jean is survived by her daughter, Randi Blackann of Boardman, OH; her son, Lee (Joann) Metzger of Phoenix, AZ; a sister, Donna (Al) Morfee of Delray Beach, FL; four grandchildren. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 14, 2006 at Lincoln Memorial. Arrangements were finalized under the direction of The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl, Aurora.
