  JAN, born two years after the death of his parent's first child [who also was named "Jan"], is referred to as JAN (2nd). His birth is recorded in the Vital Registers of the Parish of Rychmburk [ Predhradi], microfilm # 91, Book 5 (N 1806-1827), Provencial Archives in Zamrsk, births, page 308. At the time of his birth, his parents were living in Predni Borek, house # 4. His godparents were Jan Stulik, a miller in Rychmburk, and Dorota Kauskova, the wife of a pulnik in Horni Lhota.
