Florence Connors
Florence E. Connors, 509 Church St. Jess up, Pa
died Monday evening in Hospice St. John's after an illness.
Born in Je ssup, Daugther of the late James and
Honora Sweeney Connors, she was educated
in Jessup schools and was a graduate of East
Stroudsburg Teachers College. Sh e taught school
in Jessup for 42 years and was a member of
St. James Church, Jessup, and its Alter and
Rosary Society.
Surviving are nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers,
John, James, Thomas, Stephen, and Terrence,
and three sisters, Mrs Lagouri Livsey, Mrs.
Bridgett Loftus and Mrs . Margaret Gossart.
The funeral will be Thursday from the Louis
M. Margotta F uneral Home, 511 Church St.
Jessup, with Mass at 11 a.m. in St. James Church
Interment, St Thomas Cemetery, Archbald.
Viewing today, 2 to 4, 7 to 9 p.m. Me morial
