Obituary:
- Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel Standiford, 82, 407 W. Main St., McComb, will be Friday at 2 p.m. at hartley Funeral Home, McComb, the Rev. C.E. Jeffers officiating. Burial will be in McComb Union Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Standiford died Monday at her son's home in Ann Arbor, Mich.
She was born Jan. 30, 1892, in Weston to Samuel and Mary (Stafford) Culp. She married Ferris Standiford, and he died.
Surviving are a son, Ferris, Ann Arbor, Mich.; a daughter Mrs. Jane Conicki, Piqua; nine grandchildren; a sister, Fern Culp, McComb.
Mrs. Standiford was a retired registered nurse. She was a member of McComb United Methodist Church, and taught school in McComb for seven years.
