- IN MEMORY OF MRS. J.T.WALKER
On the morning of the 4th of July, the golden glory of the opening daywas dimmed for all within our home when the cruel wires flashed a messagefrom her home near Watson, Miss., where only for a few days Evie had beenfighting her last battle. "Life's storm is o'er !" Her soul released fromearthly mooring rides at peace on the crystal sea. With bowed heads wecan but murmur, "Thy will be done," and yet she is,
"Not dead, not sleeping, not even gone,
But present still,
And waiting for the coming hour
Of God's sweet will."
To her dear husband and two motherless babes we extend our deepestsympathy and pray that they may so live as to meet her in the BeautifulBeyond to be separated no more forever.
ONE WHO LOVED HER.
