  Obituary: Frankfort newspaper, Dec 1949 Obituary BEULAH WOODRUFF, FORMER FRANKFORT TEACHER, EXPIRES Word has been received here of the death of BEULAH STAFFORD WOODRUFF, 53, former teacher in the Frankfort school system, at Hartford, CT, Friday afternoon [2 Dec 1949]. She was born in this city, a daughter of Joseph and Emma Davison Stafford. She was married to James Leibenguth, and following his death, was married to Arthur C. Woodruff. He also preceded her in death. Mrs. Woodruff was a member of the United Brethren Church at Jefferson, and the Clinton Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, in this city. She is survived by a son, James Leibenguth, of Hartford; one sister, Mrs. Cecil Van Sickle of Hartford; two brothers: Chester A. Stafford and Joseph Stafford, also of Hartford. Services will be held Tuesday afternoon [6 Dec 1949] at 1:30 in the Goodwin Funeral Home. Interment will be in Jefferson Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 o'clock Monday afternoon."
