Mrs. Asher was brought to her Mother's home Friday night, February 5, and her condition had been critical since then. Constable O. S. Jennings and Harley Jennings, Chief of Police questioned Mrs. Asher yesterday afternoon. According to the officers, she named Jack Hughes and his sister, Edna Hughes, who reside in west Tulsa, as her alleged assailants. Authorities at Tulsa will be notified of the death, the officers said, and a further investigation made surrounding circumstances of this case.
