Stafford, passed away May 18. 1981. Survivors include three sons, Grover Cecil Stafford, Gainesboro; Ones (Jack) Stafford, Detroit, Mich. and John W. Stafford, Gallatin; six daughters, Dora L. Petty, Gainesboro; Mildred Hooten and Mary Annette Ledbetter, both of Livingston; Janie J. Scott, Westmoreland; Zelma Loue Edmonds, Detroit, Michigan, and Juanita Livingston, Portland; one brother, Harvie Brown, Gainesboro; three sisters, Mary Young, Cookeville; Sarah Jane Brown and Carrie Pruett, both of Gainesboro; 40 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
