were conducted Monday, December 14, at 11:00 a.m. in the Fairview Free

the Scott Cemetery.

Mrs. Stafford passed away Friday morning, December 11, at her residence
in the Fairview community. She was a homemaker.

Born June 5. 1894 in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late
Marion Thomas and Anna Elizabeth Johnson Brown and a member of the
Fairview Free Methodist Church.

Her husband, Marion F. Stafford, passed away May 18. 1981.

Survivors include three sons, Grover Cecil Stafford, Gainesboro; Ones
(Jack) Stafford, Detroit, Mich. and John W. Stafford, Gallatin; six
daughters, Dora L. Petty, Gainesboro; Mildred Hooten and Mary Annette
Ledbetter, both of Livingston; Janie J. Scott, Westmoreland; Zelma Loue
Edmonds, Detroit, Michigan, and Juanita Livingston, Portland; one
brother, Harvie Brown, Gainesboro; three sisters, Mary Young,
