He is survived by one daughter, Sara Phelps (Cory) of Jeffersonville, KY; two brothers, Lyn Stafford (Christy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Robby Stafford (Jennifer) of Owenton, KY; two grandchildren, James Maxwell Phelps and Kanen Floyd Phelps; and four nieces and nephews, Logan Stafford, Callie Stafford, Tylor Stafford and Briton Stafford. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Stacy Ballard. A funeral service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
