Besides her husband, Edward, are her children, Greg and Tammy Babinski, Grand Rapids, MI; Scott and Deborah Babinski, Sagianw, MI; two grandchildren, Amanda, Isabelle; two brothers and their wives, Jim and Norma Tomkinson; Donald and Stella Tomkinson; one sister, Mary Tomkinson; three sisters-in-law, Lana and Ben Wenzel, Kathy and Lou Santino; Darlene Hudson; several nieces and nephews and many camping friends. Ballard “BB” Stafford III, 58, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020. He was born September 26, 1962 to the late Ballard Floyd and Carol Martin Stafford, Jr. He was a member of Gateway Christian Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Sara Phelps (Cory) of Jeffersonville, KY; two brothers, Lyn Stafford (Christy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Robby Stafford (Jennifer) of Owenton, KY; two grandchildren, James Maxwell Phelps and Kanen Floyd Phelps; and four nieces and nephews, Logan Stafford, Callie Stafford, Tylor Stafford and Briton Stafford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Stacy Ballard.
A funeral service will be held 1 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Kilgore and Leigh-Ann Maynard officiating. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM, Friday, October 9, 2020 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Steve Agee, Billy Ray Hatton, Mike Johnson, Tom Witt, Junior Pelfrey and Ricky Trimble. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Stafford, Phillip David Martin, William Clark, Logan Stafford, Briton Stafford, Ronnie Clark and Blaine Martin.
