Mrs. Stafford is survived by her daughter and caregiver for the last 4 years, Mrs. Wilbur (Shirley) Fischer of Madisonville, TX and 4 grandchildren: Terrence Fischer, Pamela Fischer, Elizabeth Fischer and Carla Lucas. She was preceded in death by her husband and six brothers and two sisters: John T. Jeffrey, George H. Jeffrey, Paul D. Jeffrey, Francis S. Jeffrey, James A. Jeffrey, Robert L. Jeffrey, Edna M.
